Apart from standard CDs and DVDs with a diameter of 12cm we have specific pressing tools to manufacture the smaller 8cm discs which are often used for promotional purposes by the advertising and music industry.

The maximum storage capacity is of course limited. CDs have a storage maximum of 160 MB and the limit for DVDs (5) is 1,8 GB. We can also manufacture  8cm DVD 9 doubling the capacity of a DVD 5.

We can of course print and machine-pack these 8-cm-CDs/DVDs, e.g. into cardboard or paper wallets.

8cm discs tend to cost more than standard 12cm discs as the pressing machine must be converted to the 8cm format and fewer discs are printed. There is also a higher percentage of non-useable discs per machine.
