The reader receives a free give-away of a DVD feature film when buying a magazine. So he does not pay any more for both the magazine and the DVD!

Or after a concert or trade show, for example, he is given a DVD with other content which can be released using the pay2see facility.

He watches the film as usual. After a few minutes a notice appears indicating that further viewing must be paid for. The film stops and the viewer is asked to call a chargeable telephone number.

Your reader is then told a 4-digit PIN number (e.g. 1234) over the phone, which is needed in order to unlock the film immediately for continued viewing. All he has to do is enter the PIN code into the DVD remote or the keyboard of the PC. The feature film continues right away. The whole process is incredibly simple and suitable for all ages and target groups.

The pay2see system also works using text messaging: the customer sends a text and immediately receives one back with the PIN code. Of course this also works with pay-as-you-go mobiles.

Once paid for, the PIN code can also be used at a later time to watch the film as many times as you like – it doesn't cancel out.

The viewer just pays for the film via his telephone or mobile account, or pre-pay mobile card. As the provider, you specify in advance the cost of the film, for example £1.50 or £6.99.

You receive over 80% of the net income from your calls, for which the caller pays. And every call is completely traceable for you via a web portal.

The DVD content (VOB files) is protected by the Fortress DVD-video copy protection system, tried and tested by millions, so it cannot be copied legally or put up on the internet.

Of course you can still provide your readers with a feature film in the form of a free DVD with a magazine. In addition, you can make another film available on the same DVD-9 on a chargeable basis via pay2see.

Even mixed content is possible. That means that you can offer freely accessible text, images, programmes and data, all combined with a chargeable film on one DVD.
