Our 7 silkscreen machines (4 and 6 colour) print 240,000 CDs or DVDs a day, and another 2 offset printing machines have a capacity of 200,000 units a day.
Silkscreen machine
Before the label is printed, your data is checked through by our media designers. Through consultation with you and using our technical expertise, we can make sure that the data is printed to perfection.
Experienced silkscreen and offset printers adjust the print image for the label on light tables using a proof or print to achieve exact colour values and the highest quality.
The offset printing press rolling
Our relief printing allows us to print textures on CDs or DVDs (e.g. the retro-style look of an LP). The tangible 3D texture gives your CD or DVD that extra special look, whilst not effecting the playability of the CD/DVD.
