Packaging

OK Media has a very high capacity for automatic packaging of CDs and DVDs through its hi-tech equipment, which means we can avoid bottlenecks in peak season and deliver on time.

On request we can provide precise alignment of your CD/DVD using special cameras or we can label your packs automatically.

We are even one of the first companies in Europe with the capability to machine assemble 7mm DVD soft boxes ("thin packs") and, for example, bundle them in 5 disc sets and cellowrap them automatically.

 Machine park

  • 2 Jewel- / Brillant- / Two-Piece-Box packing machines: 120,000 units per day
  • 2 DVD packing machines: 120,000 units per day for the following products:

    1. DVD box with up to 3 booklets
    2. Double Box with tray/ left-right box/ flex box/ overlap
    3. Thinpak (7mm)
  • 5 machines for packing wallets up to 300,000 units per day for the following products:

    1. paper wallets
    2. cardboard wallets with or without flap
    3. plastic wallets with or without flap
    4. 8 cm paper and carboard wallets
  • Serialisation machines for individual leaflets, booklets and stickers
  • multiple shrink/cello wrap machines for all kind of products from 8cm wallets to large cartons
  • Collator machine for up to 16 wallets allowing exact control during the packing process
