Manual Assembly
Manual operations are often the quickest and most flexible solution for assembling your products. There's plenty of space in our logistics and assembly centre, whether it's for labelling, heat sealing blister packs, or manual component insertion.
The flexibility of working by hand
Skilled manual assembly is often required for extra special production work. Our packers can deal with assembling special packs and all sorts of unpacking and repackaging tasks both quickly and with the utmost reliability.
Below are some examples and our capacity for hand packing – it is not always sensible to machine pack
By the way, the first product we hand packed at our new logistics centre was the audiobook version of Harry Potter. Part 6 with 22 CDs handpacked into DigiStacks and shipped in February 2006. The latest Potter audiobook Part 7 (also with 22CDs) was also packed by our team in December 2007.
